Job Title: Director of Arts and Culture

About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to lead our Creative and Performing Arts department.

  • This is a permanent full-time position, requiring a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of teachers in delivering high-quality arts programs.
Key Responsibilities
  1. To teach Visual Arts and other related subjects to students at an advanced level.
  2. To promote student performances in Music and Drama and exhibitions in Visual Arts.
  3. To develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of students and aligns with industry standards.
  4. To lead a team of teachers in delivering programs and providing coaching and mentoring support.
Requirements
  • A teaching qualification with specialisation in Visual Arts or a related field.
  • Experience in leading a team of teachers and managing educational programs.
  • Ability to promote student performances and exhibitions through effective marketing strategies.
  • Current certification in first aid and CPR, or ability to obtain such certification.
