Senior Art Director Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Art Director to lead and art direct world-class campaigns within music culture. This multifaceted role involves ideating, rationalizing, and executing work from end-to-end.

Creative leaders will manage campaigns from concept to delivery across all touchpoints, including strategy, art direction, design, and execution. Visual storytellers will create compelling presentations and visual narratives using Adobe Creative Suite and other tools.

User experience experts will understand how audiences engage with digital and real-world experiences to drive fan engagement and purchase behavior.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and art direct world-class campaigns leveraging cultural insights, data, and strategy for ideation.
  • Manage campaigns from concept to delivery across all touchpoints.
  • Create compelling presentations and visual narratives using Adobe Creative Suite and other tools.
  • Understand how audiences engage with digital and real-world experiences.
Requirements:
  • Possess a creative mindset and strong understanding of marketing principles.
  • Have expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools.
  • Be an excellent communicator and presenter, able to articulate creative solutions effectively.
  • Hold a tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related fields.

This role requires a passion for groundbreaking design, innovation, and culture, along with a drive to produce award-winning creative work. You will work with a prestigious client roster including culturally relevant brands.
