
Industrial & Employee Relations Business Partner - APAC

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our Human Resources team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support on employee relations matters across the Asia Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to prevent workplace conflicts and promote a positive work environment.
- Provide training and coaching to managers and employees on employee relations best practices.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, WHS, Payroll, and Legal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in employee relations or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
