Job Title: Community Services Manager

Monash Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the operational leadership and management of direct reports and medical staff within each stream.

About the Role

This is a Grade 5 (Management and Administration)/RN Grade 6 classification. To be successful, you will require demonstrated middle level management experience in healthcare services/settings, including a minimum of 5 years' clinical experience in a relevant clinical area, and a minimum of 2-5 years' experience as a manager in a relevant clinical area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational leadership and management of direct reports and medical staff within each stream.
  • Formulation of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and financial targets.
  • Upholding Monash Health, the Drug & Alcohol Services, and Mental Health Program's Vision, Purpose, and Values.
What You Need
  • A current qualification as a Health Professional (nursing, psychology, social work, occupational therapy, or similar health-related) or a current qualification in Health Administration/Management.
  • Minimum of 5 years' clinical experience in a relevant clinical area.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years' experience as a manager or senior clinician in a relevant clinical area.
  • Victorian Driver's licence.
