Job Description

The Customer Service Representative role responds to customer inquiries and referrals related to injury, disability, or rehabilitation. As the first point of contact, this role plays a vital part in enhancing National 360's market reputation.

This role reports to the Customer Service Supervisor, who values teamwork, effective communication, and employee success.

The customer service team meets daily to share information and coordinate workload among team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer phone inquiries.
  • Respond to incoming emails and complete data entry tasks.
  • Provide general administrative support to internal therapists.
  • Liaise with Allied Health Team Leaders regarding therapy service capacity and client needs.
  • Coordinate office duties, including ordering stationery and office supplies.
  • Triage phone calls and messages across internal departments as required.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

We consider applicants with diverse backgrounds when hiring customer service representatives. However, certain requirements must be met:

  • At least one year of experience in an administrative capacity and call centre environment.
  • NDIS or healthcare-related industry experience is preferred.
  • AHA qualification is welcome.
  • Intermediate MS Office (Word and Excel) and data entry skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • NDIS worker screening clearance and WWCC (or willingness to apply).
  • Full working rights in Australia.

This role offers a competitive salary range of AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately AU$65,000 based on average national rates for similar roles in Brisbane, Queensland.
