Senior Conveyancing and Property Settlements Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage conveyancing and property settlements, prepare and negotiate commercial leases, draft and review contracts, and conduct legal research.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' post-admission experience in property law, excellent communication skills, and a commercial mindset. You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers, and have direct access to strong secretarial support.

- Managing conveyancing and property settlements across Victoria through digital platforms
- Preparing, negotiating and reviewing commercial agreements, licences and related documents
- Drafting and reviewing contracts of sale and related documents (including caveats and statements) for residential and commercial properties
- Lodging plans through innovative platforms
- Conducting research and advising on a broad range of property-related matters
- Assisting with financial settlements across Victoria
- Assisting with due diligence for transactions
