Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of Room Attendants/House Person, ensuring guest rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality. You will have a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to have positive involvement and interaction with both guests and hotel staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and inspect work performance of all Room Attendants/House Person to ensure quality and cleanliness standards are being met.
- Ensure quality assurance process is met, resulting in appropriate cleanliness and quality levels; support loss prevention and safety standards procedures.
- Support the Housekeeping Manager/Site Manager to ensure proper staffing and scheduling for maximum productivity.
- Maintain records of daily tasks and time sheets.
- Monitor cleanliness and orderliness of all Room Attendants' trolley, linen closets, stairways and landings.
Requirements:
- 1 year of housekeeping management experience required.
- Full Australian working rights required.
Work Environment:
In-person work at a hotel or service apartment.
Benefits:
- Up to $25.80 per hour.
- No more than 38 hours per week.
- 8 hour shift, day shift, weekend availability.
