We are seeking a driven Partnerships and Growth Manager to join our team in Melbourne or Sydney.

This role involves leading cross-functional teams to drive growth and meet key sales, commercial, and customer metrics.

You will be responsible for developing effective partner engagement strategies, becoming the central contact for key retail partners, and leading negotiations with retailers to secure optimal placement and promotional opportunities for Dodo products.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Partner Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Negotiation and Commercial Management: Lead negotiations with retailers to secure optimal placement and promotional opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure integrated plans for in-store execution, product promotions, and sales.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on progress and forecasts to internal stakeholders, using account metrics to inform business decisions.
