We are currently seeking a highly skilled Scheduling Coordinator to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. This role is instrumental in delivering high-quality care to our clients by ensuring timely and accurate rostering of staff.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in scheduling and rostering in the Home Care and Community setting, with a strong understanding of compliance requirements.

This role requires effective communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to multitask and meet competing priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and VisualCare or other rostering software is also essential.

A valid driver's license and reliable registered vehicle are required, along with a current Australian National Police Check and First Aid and CPR certificate.

As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting people living with complex and post-operative care needs, dementia and cognitive decline, seniors, and adults living with a disability.
