Regional Marketing Coordinator Job Description

This role is responsible for implementing regional marketing strategy and demand generation plans in collaboration with the Regional Marketing Director.

  • We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Regional Marketing Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing local events, providing content for regional newsletters, and assisting in producing localized sales and marketing materials.
  • In this role, you will work closely with local PR agencies to achieve strategic objectives and maintain strategic alignment in the region by collaborating with corporate marketing, sales, and other internal parties.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in event management, planning and execution, and excellent written and verbal English skills. They must be able to execute within tight timeframes and budgets and be capable of multi-tasking and coordinating multiple events simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement regional marketing strategy and demand generation plans in collaboration with the Regional Marketing Director.
  • Organize local events such as trade shows, conferences, webinars, etc.
  • Provide content for regional newsletters by collecting information from the local region.
  • Assist in producing localized sales and marketing materials such as sales presentations and proposals in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Work closely with local PR agencies to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Collate local Emarsys news to be included in the Emarsys Insider newsletter.
  • Maintain strategic alignment in the region by collaborating with corporate marketing, sales, and other internal parties as needed.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activities, and implement initiatives to drive wins over the competition.
  • Measure and communicate the results of local demand generation campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Marketing & Communication or Event Management.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in digital media, marketing, or event management planning and execution.
  • Proven track record in event management: planning and execution.
  • Able to execute within tight timeframes and budgets.
  • Capable of multi-tasking and coordinating multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • A results-driven, passionate individual.
  • An active team member with good teamwork skills.
