Job Title: Asset Maintenance Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections to guarantee the quality of maintenance work on assets.
  • Detect defects and non-conformances, and prepare comprehensive repair reports.
  • Effectively manage work orders, asset data, and compliance audits in a reliable software system.
  • Maintain a vigilant eye on HSE standards and recommend corrective actions as needed.
  • Investigate customer complaints, working closely with community teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Foster strong relationships with contractors and service providers to ensure high standards are met.
  • Provide expert technical advice, conduct condition assessments, and deliver compliance reporting.

This role demands a curious mind and transferable skills and experiences, including:

  • A qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or an equivalent trade with relevant experience.
  • Experience in engineering management, asset risk, and HSE in maintenance environments.
  • Strong organisational, written and oral communication skills.
  • The ability to engage, negotiate, and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in civil, mechanical, or electrical infrastructure is highly regarded.
