Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our customer service team. This role involves providing exceptional service to fund members, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and emails from fund members, providing accurate and helpful information to assist with their enquiries.
  • Actively listen to members to gain a comprehensive understanding of their situation.
  • Build rapport with members and offer empathetic assistance, ensuring that they feel valued and supported.
  • Document client issues and escalate them to the relevant parties for further action.
  • Research to respond to customer inquiries and provide formal responses to correspondence, using all necessary reference material to provide informed answers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication, active listening, and customer service skills, with a willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of customers.
  • Proven experience in handling high work volumes, preferably within a customer service or call centre environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness in the pursuit of solutions.
  • Computer literacy and ability to use online information systems efficiently.
