The Opportunity Our Lysaght business is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the Customer Service Team based in Batemans Bay. Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of Lysaght for our customers, ensuring exceptional service in each interaction. Working within a friendly and inclusive team you will be a key contact for sales and service enquiries. Your can-do attitude will be on full display as you take new orders and quotations, providing product and pricing advice and manage a variety of day-to-day enquiries. Providing Tailored Solutions To Our Customers, You'll Also Be interacting with our customers via phone, email and face to face to manage a variety of enquiries preparing and following up customer quotes, entering and managing customer orders whilst supporting our sales teamscoordinating and managing the end-to-end logistics process including compliance with any requirements and regulations, updating all necessary systems that manage ordersmanaging the relationship with logistics and internal stakeholders and working together to improve cost efficiencies, resolving issues and seeking ways to improve the customer's experience More About You As someone who enjoys working as part of a team, your ability to understand and uncover customer needs transforming these into improved service offerings, you'll bring: strong customer focus with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently the ability to pick up new and custom IT systems quicklya proactive approach in building constructive and effective relationships high attention to detail and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously a commitment to your own safety and well-being while caring for others
