We value creativity, flexibility, and the integration of modern technology to engage students in their educational journey.We are seeking a Diverse Learning Teacher to join our dynamic school community on an ongoing full-time basis.This Temporary Full-Time appointment is to commence Term 4 2025 and conclude 19 December 2026.To Join Our Vibrant School Community, You WillCreate and maintain a safe, inclusive and challenging learning environment and implement fair and equitable behaviour management plansInterpret and use student assessment data to diagnose barriers to learning and to challenge students to improve their performance, improving the overall academic achievement of the school communityEngage with our school community within and beyond the classroom to enrich the educational context for students and work to promote the links between school, home and community in the social and intellectual development of your studentsDemonstrate passion for transformational education, integrated into curriculum and delivered in a faith-based environmentHave well-developed communication, administration and interpersonal skillsExperience and interest in supporting students with diverse learning needs may be advantageousThe successful candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience:Knowledge and understanding of the fundementals of the NCCD, Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (DDA) and Disability Standards for Education 2005Experience completing personalised plans for students with a range of diverse needsExperience supporting Diverse Learners from Years 5-12 within agile spacesExperience in facilitating staff development and parent education programs including staff meeting presentations, professional learning and parent information sessions.Special / Inclusive Education qualificationsCert IV in TAE would be beneficialWhat We Offer25% discount on school fees for your children enrolled in Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta (CSPD) schools.Competitive salary and benefits under the NSW & ACT Catholic Systemic Schools Enterprise Agreement 2020.Annual leave with 17.5% leave loading and salary packaging options.Access to modern facilities, resources, and employer superannuation contributions.Professional development opportunities, including induction processes and Early Career Teacher support.Leadership and wellbeing programs.QualificationsCompliance with NSW Child Protection Legislation (Working with Children Check clearance).
