Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training needs analysis, design capability frameworks, and develop training programs
- Engage, lead, and inspire quality outcomes in trainers and students
What We're Looking For
">We are seeking an experienced educator who has a strong background in leadership and can conduct training needs analysis, design capability frameworks, and develop training programs aligned to industry needs and in line with VET regulatory frameworks.
Requirements
">- Appropriately qualified with a certificate IV in training and assessment, a relevant tertiary qualification in Nursing, and current registration with AHPRA with no conditions or undertakings related to performance or behaviour
- Proven experience in leadership of programs, including the ability to conduct training needs analysis, design capability frameworks, and develop training programs
- Astute people leader with the ability to engage, lead, and inspire quality outcomes in trainers and students
