Personal Care Assistant

Job Title: Personal Care Assistant

BaptistCare Balladong Gardens, York are seeking exceptional Personal Care Assistants to join the team.

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team and other stakeholders to deliver person-centred care to residents.

You will play a key role in supporting residents' physical and emotional wellbeing, helping them achieve their personal goals and enjoy meaningful daily activities.

Your responsibilities will include promoting independence, coordinating with staff and nursing teams, and assisting with everyday tasks such as personal care, mobility, meals, household duties, and leisure activities.
