Landscaping Assistant

The Garden and Property Maintenance Officer role presents an exceptional opportunity to support our elderly clients in a rewarding environment.
About the Role:- Assist with lawn mowing, gardening tasks and general home maintenance duties
To succeed in this position, you will require experience in gardening and lawn care, as well as proficiency in using lawnmowers, trimmers and basic gardening tools. Additionally, being reliable, punctual and able to perform tasks as a general labourer is essential.
Responsibilities:- Mow lawns, trim edges and maintain gardens
- Hedge and prune shrubs, weeds and debris
- Perform general home maintenance duties
This is a casual position with potential for permanent part-time hours, Monday to Friday. Competitive hourly rates apply, including loading and travel allowance. Salary packaging benefits are also available.
Requirements:- Experience in gardening and lawn care
- Proficiency in using lawnmowers, trimmers and basic gardening tools
- Reliable, punctual and able to perform tasks as a general labourer
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to respond to changing needs
- Current VIC driver's licence and safe driving record
- A suitable vehicle for use in the role
- Personal equipment for the role (tool allowance paid)
- Current Criminal History Record check not older than 1 year
