**Handyperson Role Overview**

Our Handyperson plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This hands-on position involves performing general maintenance and repairs across apartments, common areas, and building exteriors to maintain a safe, functional, and well-presented environment for guests and staff.

  • This includes carrying out maintenance duties promptly and notifying the Reporting Manager of any delays or unexpected issues.
  • The Handyperson will be responsible for keeping the maintenance trolley fully stocked and ensuring the workshop remains clean, orderly, and secure.
  • They will track spare part usage, report low stock levels, and support monthly stock take activities.
  • Additionally, the Handyperson will assist with apartment departure inspections and complete required repair works to a high standard.
  • Consistent adherence to workplace health, safety, and compliance protocols is essential.
