In this pivotal role, you will leverage your clinical expertise and passion for Healthcare IT to underpin top-quality service to our current and prospective clients. As a valued member of the Applications Team, you will be responsible for implementing solutions and delivering clinical consulting projects that drive successful growth of our business.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless clinical and physician adoption of Philips solutions.
- Provide consultative services to customers throughout sales, implementation, and adoption.
- Support and advise the salesforce during customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with solution architects to design and scope solutions.
- Deliver clinical consulting services, including configuration and workflow analysis.
- Participate in the development of new solutions and contribute to solution design and delivery activities.
You're the Right Fit if:
- You possess extensive clinical experience within Radiography and a comprehensive understanding of Healthcare digital radiographic information Systems.
- You are an effective communicator with a strong track record of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- You have strong knowledge of Radiology Workflow, Picture Archive Communication Systems (PACS), Radiology Information Systems (RIS), and Vendor Neutral Archiving (VNA).
