We're on the lookout for a talented and skilled chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. If you have what it takes to deliver exceptional culinary experiences, we want to hear from you

The ideal candidate will have experience working in fast-paced kitchens, preferably within pub or bistro dining. A strong ability to problem-solve and work well under pressure is essential.

You'll be expected to maintain high standards of food quality and consistency across all menu items, while also supporting the Head Chef in day-to-day operations. Strong communication skills and a hands-on approach are a must.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Clear and effective communication skills with excellent organisation to support teamwork and service flow.
  • A hands-on approach with a strong work ethic, committed to delivering consistent, high-quality food and service.
  • Proven ability to uphold quality and consistency across all menu items and service times.
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and/or Kitchen Management.
