About the Job
  • Booking and scheduling work in progress to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Providing timely information for job progress, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Coordinating, scheduling, and allocating jobs to our technicians, optimizing resource allocation.
  • Managing invoices to ensure accurate pricing and product/component details are clear.
  • Liaising with other departments to deliver effective solutions, fostering a collaborative environment.
About You
  • You will utilize your industry knowledge and pride yourself on outstanding customer service, organizational skills, and mechanical aptitude.
  • Able to develop and maintain long-term internal and external relationships, leveraging your coordination experience within a similar industry.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively within a high-pressure environment, and collaborating with colleagues.
  • Mechanical aptitude essential; background in earthmoving preferable.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures.
  • CAT dealer experience advantageous but not essential.
  • Qualified Diesel Mechanic (preferred but not essential).
