Are you a talented presenter looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced radio presenter to join our team at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) in Alice Springs.
About the Role:
We are looking for someone who can present engaging and compelling content, develop original ideas, and communicate effectively with diverse audiences. As a member of our local program team, you will work closely with our Editor to deliver high-quality programs that showcase your skills and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present distinctive and compelling content that engages local audiences
- Develop and distribute new content ideas to achieve strong reach and engagement with audiences
- Contribute to the implementation of the Local Emergency Coverage plan and communicate with relevant stakeholders as required
- Cross-promote other ABC content to increase audience engagement
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced editorial skills
- Ability to develop and make original and engaging audio and cross-platform content for the target audience
- Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with people from a range of diverse backgrounds
