We are seeking a skilled Horticulturist to join our team at Green by Nature.

Job Description:

As a natural leader with a green thumb and attention to detail, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance staff and ensuring the timely completion of garden maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in leading a team to complete tasks efficiently
  • Follow schedules and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning and fertilising
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to enhance horticultural skills and safety practices
  • Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition and implement corrective actions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Horticulture, Parks & Gardens or minimum 5 years of experience
  • Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
  • White Card
  • ACDC License highly desired
  • Valid Drivers' license (Manual preferred)
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
