Senior Beauty Consultant

National Pharmacies, a renowned community-focused organization, is seeking an experienced Senior Beauty Consultant to join our team at Cumberland Park. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and promoting the Clinique brand.

We have been caring for the community since 1911, offering quality medications, optical and beauty ranges, and health services through our 46 community pharmacies and 20 optical outlets. Our extensive presence across Australia enables us to reach approximately 230,000 members, who appreciate our commitment to accessibility and value.

We give back to the communities we serve through various sponsorship and support programs. These initiatives include the National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant, where we proudly walk alongside our valued members; supporting junior sport programs with our involvement in the National Pharmacies SANFL juniors and local sports sponsorships; contributing to KickStart for Kids with fundraising drives, and most recently, the 20/20 project providing free glasses for members' children aged 12 years and under.

About The Role:

We are looking for a sales-focused individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. As a Senior Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for providing friendly and professional customer service, suggesting products that meet customers' needs, explaining product benefits, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and provide advice on health and beauty products.
  • Suggest products that meet customers' needs and close sales effectively.
  • Explain how products work and demonstrate their use.
  • Maintain a proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Coordinate product launches, special events, and promotions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest innovations in beauty.
  • Build a solid client base and commit to regular training.
  • Operate cash registers and EFTPOS facilities efficiently.
  • Manage inventory and ensure displays are merchandised appropriately.

Requirements:

  • Previous extensive experience as a Beauty Consultant.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Inventory management expertise.
  • Sales, demonstration, and up-selling experience.
  • Industry knowledge and brand awareness.
  • Cash handling and EFTPOS experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work flexible hours.
  • Will to undergo a police check prior to commencement.
