- Prior employment services experience is highly valued.
- Ability to establish strong working relationships with participants and employers.
- Target-driven approach with demonstrated ability to meet KPIs.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution expertise.
- Strong administration capabilities with attention to detail.
