Help individuals with disability lead fulfilling lives by providing employment services. Our team works closely with participants to achieve their goals and maintain sustainable employment outcomes.
- Mentor participants to overcome workplace challenges and promote long-term success.
- Provide post-placement and on-the-job support tailored to each participant's needs.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure participants thrive in their roles.
- Focus on meeting each participant's unique needs and aspirations for employment.
- Ensure accurate reporting and compliance through monitoring placement progress and outcomes.
- Run and analyse participants' reported hours and income, supporting effective service delivery.
- Actively engage with the local community, industries, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and revenue.
- Communicate proactively with team members regarding any job loss or potential job loss issues.
We seek motivated and values-driven individuals to join our team as In-Work Support Mentors. Your care and dedication to each participant will make a significant difference in their lives.
- Prior experience in employment services is highly regarded.
- Establish strong relationships with participants and employers to drive successful outcomes.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to problem solve and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
- Strong administration and compliance capabilities with attention to detail.
