Key Responsibilities

This role involves leading the management of our industrial and commercial portfolio. The position requires regular travel to sites and is based in a dynamic Brisbane CBD office. As a facilities management professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the optimal performance and longevity of assets, plant, and equipment through proactive maintenance and lifecycle planning.


You will also lead compliance efforts across essential services and risk management, aligned with national standards. Collaboration with property management is key to this role, as you will oversee budget expenditure and financial planning. Additionally, you will procure and negotiate service contracts, manage tenders and RFPs with precision, and deliver accurate expenditure and performance reports for client updates.


Apart from these responsibilities, you will uphold OH&S standards through regular audits and legislative compliance reviews. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and people-first leadership. To thrive in this role, you should have exceptional interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, relevant tertiary qualifications, and strong technical knowledge of building services and operations.
