We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead and manage civil construction projects from start to finish.

">Key Responsibilities">
  • ">
  • Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring timely completion and within budget constraints.">
  • Manage and coordinate with labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.">
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members.">
  • Procure materials and services in accordance with guidelines and specifications.">
  • Implement and maintain robust project management systems and processes.">
  • Provide regular reporting and information to management, including progress updates and insights.">
  • Train staff on project specifications, construction processes, and best practices.">
  • Contribute to bid estimations and participate in the development of proposals.">
  • Ensure high standards in traffic management and adhere to relevant safety protocols.">
">Requirements">
  • ">
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil roads infrastructure construction, preferably with the Department of Transport and Main Roads in Queensland or another Australian State Government Road Authority.">
  • Proven experience in road construction and maintenance delivery, with the ability to manage and lead projects from a contractor's perspective.">
