Optimal Ageing Team Leader

SA Health is seeking an experienced and highly competent clinician to lead our Optimal Ageing Team in the Barossa Hills Fleurieu region of South Australia.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver quality services and provide clinical/professional leadership to a multi-disciplinary team of professionals.
- Undertake operational management, including monitoring of service provision, data collection, and service evaluation for community-based services.
- Contribute to improvements in the quality, safety, and community needs-driven distribution of services within the BHFLHN.
- Work with allied health and nursing staff, managers, and other stakeholders on model of care and workforce development initiatives.
- Recognised qualification within the relevant Allied Health profession.
- Eligibility for (full) membership of the relevant Professional Association.
- Registration requirements for those professions requiring Registration.
