Sales and Production Coordinator

Sales and production coordination plays a vital role in ensuring seamless interaction between sales, operations, and customers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage sales leads, proposals, scheduling, and invoicing to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with customers throughout the process, from receipt of the initial lead to invoicing.
- Assign sales leads to appropriate teams based on established territories and availability.
- Efficiently schedule production crews based on required equipment, route optimization, customer urgency, etc.
- Process daily invoices, manage autopay enrollments, and ensure timely invoice delivery to customers.
- Accurately track all clients, contracts, invoicing, expenses, and data management associated with projects.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and adapt quickly when necessary.
- Strong interpersonal skills for customer interactions and team collaboration.
- Computer proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft office.
- Problem-solving skills to resolve scheduling conflicts and customer concerns.
- Experience in sales coordination, operations, or customer service, ideally with 2+ years of experience. Relevant industry experience is a plus.
