Job Description

As a Store Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of our retail arm, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will play a crucial role in the ongoing success of our services, collaborating closely with Optometrists to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Our Store Managers are key leaders who coach effective selling and customer service skills to our store team members. They possess excellent communication and leadership abilities, able to think on their feet and make informed decisions that support business growth.

About the Role
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Optometrists to deliver superior customer experiences.
  • Coach and develop store team members to enhance sales and customer service skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous optical or retail managerial experience.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager or higher management position.
  • Able to demonstrate experience working with budgets and scheduling staff in compliance with labor laws.
