Job Title:

A Quality Assurance Lead Role

We seek an experienced professional to manage quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Lead and manage quality teams, maintaining and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Ensure compliance with local and global regulations, acting as Responsible Person (RP) for Good Distribution Practice (GDP), GMP compliance, and Importer/Wholesaler licensing.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high level of product quality, managing complaints, importing batches, recalls, and investigations in collaboration with health authorities and business partners.
  • Evaluate, audit, and qualify third-party vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance and risk management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, or Life Sciences.
  • Proven experience in Quality Assurance.
  • Knowledge of regulated products across cosmetics, prescription, OTC, and medical devices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Resilient, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
