Quality Assurance Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of quality assurance professionals in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee a team of QA officers, including a supervisor and team leader, to ensure seamless quality assurance processes.
- Implement and maintain quality systems and processes, adhering to industry standards such as ISO9001, HACCP, and SQF.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous quality enhancement.
- Manage customer complaints and conduct root cause analyses to resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance matters, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and improvement.
- Proven experience in a QA management role within the FMCG industry.
- Excellent knowledge of quality assurance standards and regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement.
