Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Quality Assurance Manager. As a key member of the quality team, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of QA Officers, implementing and maintaining QA systems and processes, conducting regular audits and inspections, and managing customer complaints.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee a team of QA Officers, including a supervisor and team leader
- Implement and maintain QA systems and processes
- Conduct regular audits and inspections
- Manage customer complaints and conduct RCA and investigations
- Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance matters
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders
- Maintain industry qualifications, including ISO9001, HACCP, and SQF
- Drive CI initiatives
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a QA management role within the FMCG industry, excellent knowledge of quality assurance standards and regulations, and strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven experience in a QA management role within the FMCG industry
- Excellent knowledge of quality assurance standards and regulations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Nimble with the ability to change direction depending on the day
- Preferred but not essential is experience in the meat industry
