**Job Description**As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by providing expert guidance on product quality, suitability, and application. You will act as a key bridge between Quality, R&D, Production, and Sales to guarantee that our flavours meet client expectations and deliver consistently excellent results.
**Key Responsibilities**
  • Provide technical advice to Account Managers regarding ingredient and finished product quality, taste, and suitability for client applications.
  • Assess products to ensure they meet client specifications and shelf-life requirements.
  • Identify potential quality issues, including deviations or product inconsistencies, and advise on corrective actions.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D and Production teams to resolve quality challenges and improve formulations.
  • Support client interactions by offering practical insights and recommendations, helping Account Managers address customer queries confidently.
  • Maintain accurate records of product quality, customer feedback, and any corrective measures taken.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
  • Experience in a Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Technical Support role within the food, flavour, or ingredients industry.
  • Strong understanding of product applications, sensory attributes, and client requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical information into actionable advice for sales teams and clients.
  • Collaborative mindset, working effectively with commercial, R&D, and production teams.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing quality-related challenges.
