Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead multiple mid to large-sized projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on complex projects, preferably in ERP, CRM or EDW fields.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring project completion within time and cost constraints while meeting contractual requirements.

  • Manage project teams operating on complex/large projects, typically in a multi-platform technical environment.
  • Coordinating documentation, design, development, and testing of enhancements and new development projects.
  • Tailoring project methodology to individual projects when needed.
  • Preparing project budgets and monitoring financials.
  • Exceeding stakeholder expectations through effective stakeholder management disciplines.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage various stakeholders of all levels are essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience working on large complex projects.
  • Ability to build and lead collaborative project teams to achieve organisational goals.
  • Broad understanding of technical software development and implementation projects and related technology dependencies.
  • Strong financial management practices with clear understanding of costs and utilisation.
  • Experience working with Agile, Staged, and Waterfall methodologies is essential.
