Customer Solutions Officer

We are seeking an exceptional customer solutions professional to join our team in a key role that involves resolving customer issues and improving their experience.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding service, be highly empathetic, and possess strong negotiation skills. They will work collaboratively with customers to resolve their accounts and provide customized communication based on each customer's needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for making and receiving collections phone calls, conducting skip/trace activities, and providing resolutions for our customers. You will also be expected to reduce long-term customer indebtedness by using skilled negotiation to ensure the best outcomes.

  • You are available to be in the office full-time until training is signed off by your manager
