Client Liaison Officer

We are seeking an experienced Client Liaison Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining and developing relationships with current and potential clients, growing the number of defibrillator locations across Western Australia and improving cardiac arrest survival rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing a welcoming and efficient first point of contact for current and potential clients
  • Liaising with clients from our database to convert them into active Community First Responder clients
  • Supporting the Community First Responder team
  • Effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding the program
  • Managing all existing client relationships while providing exceptional customer service
  • Growing the database through referrals, follow-ups and cold calls
  • Assisting with updating client registration details and data management
  • Handling email and phone enquiries from current and potential clients

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a front-facing, customer service position
  • Previous exposure to administrative duties
  • Excellent phone manner
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service consistently
  • High attention to detail with experience inputting data
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and represent the organisation in various forums
  • Ability to be discreet when dealing with sensitive information
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to demonstrate initiative
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a close team
