We are seeking an experienced Client Liaison Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining and developing relationships with current and potential clients, growing the number of defibrillator locations across Western Australia and improving cardiac arrest survival rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing a welcoming and efficient first point of contact for current and potential clients
- Liaising with clients from our database to convert them into active Community First Responder clients
- Supporting the Community First Responder team
- Effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding the program
- Managing all existing client relationships while providing exceptional customer service
- Growing the database through referrals, follow-ups and cold calls
- Assisting with updating client registration details and data management
- Handling email and phone enquiries from current and potential clients
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front-facing, customer service position
- Previous exposure to administrative duties
- Excellent phone manner
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service consistently
- High attention to detail with experience inputting data
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and represent the organisation in various forums
- Ability to be discreet when dealing with sensitive information
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to demonstrate initiative
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a close team
