Estate Lawyer Opportunity

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Estate Lawyer to join our small boutique Law firm. As a key member of our team, you will work independently on cases, providing exceptional service to our clients. Our firm prides itself on being different and creative, offering a unique experience for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Work independently and alongside our Managing Director on existing and new cases
* End-to-end carriage of matters, direct contact with clients, and plenty of autonomy
* Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, referrers, other lawyers, and staff
* Train and mentor a junior lawyer
* Hire an admin/paralegal to support you and the team

**Requirements**

* Solid experience in Estate Litigation/Elder Law
* Experience in managing matters from end to end – from taking initial instructions, through to delivering solutions and managing stakeholders
* Excellent drafting skills and the ability to adapt your writing for the appropriate audience
* The ability to simplify complex issues and communicate this succinctly
* Excellent negotiation skills
* Attention to detail
* Time management skills
* Good problem-solving skills
