Automation Excellence Lead

This is a key role that demands a seasoned professional with extensive knowledge and expertise in automation testing tools, methodologies, and technologies.

  • Develop and maintain automated tests using leading-edge tools such as Selenium, Rest Assured, and TOSCA.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas where automation can be leveraged to enhance the overall quality and delivery speed of software products.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Define and implement test automation strategies aligned with business objectives.
  2. Review existing automation frameworks and suggest improvements for enhanced efficiency.
  3. Develop and maintain high-quality automated tests using industry-leading tools.
  4. Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • No less than 10-15 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • Expertise in automation testing tools and methodologies.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with API/Microservices testing and automation using Rest Assured and Postman.
  • Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tooling.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
