Job Title: Stockroom Manager

At Sephora, we're seeking a highly skilled Stockroom Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management, maintaining stock levels, and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive scheduled cycle counts to inform stock adjustments and prevent out-of-stock SKUs.
  • Utilize data and reports to support operational duties and reduce shrinkage loss.
  • Monitor and investigate negative stock levels, collaborating with the store team as needed.
  • Implement a continuous improvement mindset through coaching and partnership with senior management, supply chain, and planning teams.
  • Serve as the point of contact for distribution and organization of stock levels, making confident stock decisions.
  • Train and educate the wider team on shrinkage and back-of-house policies and procedures.
  • Process and replenish stock arrivals, manage returns, and liaise with external stakeholders for stock pick-up.
Requirements:
  • Previous retail stock management experience, with a focus on cycle counts, product launches, visual merchandising, people management, and sales forecasting.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and SAP (desirable).
  • Ability to work a 38hr rotating roster to support store needs.
  • Physical fitness to lift and shift boxes weighing up to 15kg.
  • Drive for results, with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail, with a focus on tracking stock levels to represent the Sephora brand.
  • Ability to maintain a strong and positive culture, valuing and recognizing team members through feedback and career development.
