Your Role

In this role, you will take ownership of ensuring that the data pertaining to all new and current items within the St Andrew's Hospital inventory system is managed within a clear governance structure. You will work closely with the Warehouse Team Lead and Purchasing Team to provide support from a data management perspective, helping to optimise inventory holdings via effective distribution and procurement methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Governance of new part setup
  • Data analysis to optimise inventory, including Min/Max management
  • Ensure the smooth running and accuracy of cycle counts via ERP system, including prosthetic items
  • Manage all aspects of warehouse inventory integrity and efficiency

About You

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • Previous experience in inventory management or a related field
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • A proactive approach to teamwork and communication
