Childhood Sleep Expert

We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead our Early Childhood Sleep and Settling Program. As an integral member of our Maternal & Child Health team, you will collaborate closely with our experienced S&S MCH Nurse to deliver evidence-based sleep support services to families.
This opportunity allows for the implementation of proven strategies to promote healthy sleep habits in young children and provide targeted support to parents. You will work directly with families through group sessions and outreach initiatives, fostering positive parenting practices and contributing to improved outcomes for young children.
You will leverage your expertise to assess situations, identify potential concerns, and develop effective solutions that prioritize family safety and well-being.
- Experienced in Family Support: Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood development and experience working with families to address sleep concerns.
- Skilled in Group Facilitation and Parent Education: Ability to lead engaging group sessions, creating a supportive learning environment that encourages family-led solutions.
- Culturally Responsive: Sensitivity to diverse family backgrounds and needs, ensuring inclusive service delivery.
- Organised and Detail-Oriented: Strong time management skills, maintaining accurate records of service delivery and outcomes.
