Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned digital transformation expert to join our team. As a key member of our consulting practice, you will work closely with clients to help them navigate the rapidly evolving landscape of digital technologies and drive meaningful business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital strategy, innovation, and operational excellence. They will be able to provide strategic guidance to clients on how to leverage emerging technologies such as IoT, machine learning, and augmented reality to drive business model innovation, enhance customer experiences, and build new internal capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital transformation strategies for clients across various industries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that drive business value.
  • Provide thought leadership on emerging trends and technologies in the digital space.
  • Conduct needs assessments and develop tailored recommendations for clients looking to improve their digital maturity.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to educate clients on best practices in digital transformation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience delivering digital transformation projects, with at least 1 year in a management consulting role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
