Construction Contract Manager

We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join our team at Buildability Group. As a key member of our commercial construction team, you will be responsible for managing contracts and finances across newbuild and fit-out/refurbishment projects.
Key Responsibilities- Administer contracts for commercial newbuild and fit-out/refurbishment projects, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and timelines.
- Manage project budgets, costs, variations, and progress payments, utilizing contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Coordinate procurement activities, including subcontractor contract awarding, and resolve contractual disputes and claims as needed.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior contract administrators, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of contract law and construction contracts.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business, or related field, with preferred certifications relevant to the construction industry.
- Familiarity with commercial construction processes in both newbuild and fit-out/refurbishment, with a minimum of 3 years of local experience.
