Job Overview

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our operations team in Adelaide, South Australia. As a trusted advisor to manufacturers across the food, dairy, brewing, and beverage industries, you will work hands-on with your customers to enhance hygiene, reduce waste, and ensure product quality reaches millions.

About The Role
  • You will become a critical partner to your customers' success, providing tailored cleaning and sanitising solutions to help them run efficiently and safely.
  • You will conduct audits and hygiene inspections, helping to resolve any technical issues that may arise.
  • You will build and grow long-term customer relationships through trust and consistency.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Visiting food and beverage manufacturing sites in Adelaide and regional SA to provide expert advice and support.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and service delivery.
  • Identifying opportunities to grow our presence at each site and delivering results.
About You
  • We are looking for someone who is eager, curious, and driven to make a difference in the industry.
  • Experience working in sales, operations, or production - especially in food or beverage - is highly desirable.
  • You must be confident in communicating with people at all levels, from plant floor staff to senior managers.
  • A problem-solving mindset and ability to think critically are essential for this role.
