**Job Title:**

Dual Role in Customer Services/Factory Operations

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Dual Role in Customer Services/Factory Operations. This exciting opportunity will involve floating across regions, providing exceptional customer service, sales, and solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service and experiences
  • Welcome and engage new and existing customers
  • Promote products to generate sales
  • Merchandising and stock replenishment
  • Process orders, quotations, and e-commerce interactions
  • Stock control and warehouse management
  • Coordinate logistics, including transport and deliveries

To succeed, the ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Previous experience in retail, hardware, warehousing, or trade environments is preferred. Additionally, the candidate should have a facing selling and entrepreneurial spirit, be organized and multitasking, and demonstrate attention to detail. Computer skills and ability to learn new systems are also essential.
