The Clinical Director oversees and directs patient care operations within the home care facility under the guidance of the Home Health Executive Director. This role involves coordinating projects that support company objectives, managing patient referrals, planning services, and supervising comprehensive home health care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies for compliance. They will also enhance agency profitability and engage with the team to deliver high-quality service.
Requirements- Current RN licensure in the state of practice (if the Clinical Director is an RN)
- Current CPR certification
- One year of supervisory or management experience in home health or a related healthcare setting (preferred)
- Valid Driver's License, vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
