Job Title

A Clinical Director - RN with Home Health Experience is needed to oversee and direct patient care operations within the home care facility.

This role involves leadership, engagement, and strategic planning to ensure top-quality care for patients and families.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Director (Registered Nurse, RN) will coordinate and complete projects that support the company's objectives.

Manage patient referrals, plan services, and supervise comprehensive home health care.

Implement administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies to ensure compliance with regulations.

Enhance agency profitability and engage with the team to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice if the Clinical Director is an RN.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • One year of supervisory or management experience in home health or a related healthcare setting is preferred.
