Job Description

The Document Control Specialist plays a vital role in the delivery of major infrastructure projects by streamlining document management processes.

This involves coordinating the review and approval of project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with legislative and policy frameworks.

  • Maintaining efficient workflows and data sources, including Team Binder, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Ensuring all project documents are securely stored and accessible as per Transport and Main Roads and Queensland State Record Keeping Policies.
  • Supporting project teams with timely and accurate information, and assisting with report preparation, correspondence, and briefing notes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A detail-oriented and proactive mindset with a collaborative approach to understanding team and stakeholder needs.
  • Respect for regulatory requirements and a consistent approach to compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Teams, and experience with document management systems.
